The person behind the wins

I have spent 30+ years in the engine room of complex B2B bids — first at Accenture, then CSC, and then through my own firm BDS. I know the difference between a proposal that wins and one that gets filed away because it did not speak the buyer's language.

Today I run BDS as an advisory firm focused on one thing: improving your win rate. I also serve as Business Development Director at Pentimenti, where I am helping bring AI-powered proposal automation to enterprises across the Nordics and EU.
